MoveTen
Ten-minute sessions built to go wherever you go — a warm-up, a morning routine, or the workout you do when a full session just isn't in the cards.
You don't need an hour to make progress
MoveTen started in 2020, during lockdown, when I had nowhere to train and needed a way to stay in shape — and stay sane. Nine exercises, ten minutes, built from bodyweight, plyometric, and resistance band movements. It's held up ever since as my go-to for a fast, no-excuses session.
- You want a workout you can take with you — on the road, in a hotel room, anywhere
- You need a solid warm-up or morning routine, not just a standalone workout
- You're new to training and want to learn the fundamentals and how to structure a session
- You're short on time but don't want to skip training altogether

Common questions
Do I need any equipment?
Mostly bodyweight, with a few sessions using a resistance band. Floor space and an optional band are all you need.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every movement has an easier and harder option built in, so the program scales with you as you get stronger.
How is it delivered?
Instantly, as a download — open your MoveTen spreadsheet and log your first session today, the same way I log mine.

All 12 weeks together at a better price than buying them one at a time — or pick individual weeks if that's all you're after.
