A 10-Minute Bodyweight Workout for the Road, a Warm-Up, or a Finisher

This 10 minute workout is perfect to take on the road, to use as a warm up, or as a finisher to drive your weight training session home. In 5 exercises you'll hit the major muscle groups we worry about, and the support muscles as well.

I like to start my day with movements, but sometimes an elaborate weight training session isn't in the cards. On those days I like to sneak in a routine like this one. If I only have 10 minutes before running out the door, then I'll knock this out just to let my body know I'm thinking about it and ground myself. If I have 30 minutes I'll repeat this circuit 3 times to get my heart and muscles pumping. In either scenario it's a good way to start the day right.
